Privacy Policy

Fridge Forge (“we,” “us”) provides a browser-based tool for generating print-ready photo-magnet sheets. This policy explains what we collect and what we do not.

Your photos never leave your device

Fridge Forge builds every sheet entirely in your browser. The photos you add are cropped, laid out, and rendered into a PDF on your own device and are never uploaded to us or stored on our servers. We have no access to your images, and we do not offer any photo storage.

What we do collect

To provide accounts and billing, we store a small amount of data:

• Account details — your email address and login credentials.
• Profile information you choose to provide at signup — such as name, company, phone number, how you use magnets, and your press type.
• Your communication preferences — whether you opted in to marketing email or SMS. We only send SMS if you provided a phone number and opted in.
• Saved templates — the settings you save (cell size, wraparound text, font). Never any photos.
• Usage counts — how many print generations you’ve run in the current month.
• Billing details — your subscription plan and status, and an identifier linking you to your Stripe customer record. We do not store your card number; payments are handled by Stripe.

Service providers

We use Supabase for authentication and database storage, Stripe for payment processing and subscription management, and Vercel for hosting. Each processes data only to provide these services. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use them for advertising.

Your choices

You can update your profile and communication preferences, cancel your subscription, or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at Anthony@fridgeforge.com.

Terms of Service

By using Fridge Forge you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf.

The service

Fridge Forge generates print-ready PDF sheets of photo magnets from photos you provide. Sheet generation runs in your browser.

Your account and content

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the photos and text you use. You represent that you have the rights to any content you process, and you agree not to use the service for unlawful content or to infringe anyone’s rights.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

The free plan includes 3 print generations per calendar month; Test Prints are free and unlimited. Premium is a recurring subscription of $15 per month for unlimited generations, billed through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing portal and will retain Premium through the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.

Ownership

You keep all rights to your photos and to the PDFs you generate. We retain all rights to the Fridge Forge software and brand.

No warranty; verify your output

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Print results depend on your printer, materials, die, and press. You are responsible for verifying scale, placement, and color — use the free Test Print before a production run. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Fridge Forge operates.
